When I started my Life Changing Journey at the end of December 2009 I was convinced no one understood what it was like to look in the mirror and know that I would need to lost 100 pounds just to be on the high end of “healthy”. A BMI that labeled me morbidly obese and a pant size that was inching closer and closer to 26, I felt lost. It wasn’t until I found other bloggers that also needed to lose a triple digit of weight that I began to understand that we are never truly alone on this journey…
